Rules Of The Community

1. It is forbidden to practice inside the properties and the rest of the community areas, dangerous activities, as well as having animals / pets not authorised by the sanity dispositions and the local authorities.

2. It is forbidden to leave bicycles, baby- cars, super market trollies, construction materials, or any kind of objects inside the community areas, especially at the interior path ways.

Parking of cars and motor bikes at the adjacent streets of the community, will be done respecting the access of the interior path ways to these streets.

Also it’s forbidden parking in front of car exits.

3. Rubbish will be deposited in the containers placed at the exterior of the community.

Rubbish is collected by the authorities between the hours 21.30 to approx. 23.30.

Rules Of The Pool

Due to insurance regulations THE USING OF THE POOLWILL BE AT OWN INDIVIDUAL’S RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY.

The pool should only be used between the hours of 08:00 am to 23:00 pm, there is a key hanging by the front door to access the pool.

The pool must be used reasonably, trying not to cause any annoyance to the rest of the users and making proper use of the showers, avoiding unnecessary consumption of water.

1. It is obligatory to use the showers before entering into the water, It’s forbidden the use of any kind of soap, gel, shampoo, or any other product.

2. It’s forbidden entrance of pets at the pool area.

3. It’s obligatory the use of ashtrays and paper baskets.

4. It’s forbidden the use of inflatable lilos, balls, floating boats, and so on, inside the water.

5. It’s forbidden to bring any glass and metallic objects to the pool area.

6. Children under six years old, are not allowed to use the pool by themselves, without adult vigilance. The responsibility of the children will be of their parents or similar. The civil responsibility of the community insurance will be excluded in the case that the children were not guarded by their parents or similar.

7. It’s forbidden to practice any kind of games and water sports at the pool area and in the water without specific authorisation of Government Committee members.

8. It’s forbidden to play ball games, and drive with bikes or motorbikes in the interior path ways and gardens of the community.

About The Tranquillity And Resting Of The Owners.

1. It’s forbidden ball games at the green areas and interior path ways of the community.

2. It’s forbidden to produce unreasonable volume noise levels inside the properties and in the exterior common areas, so as not disturb the tranquillity and peacefulness of the neighbours.

3. It’s forbidden to make noises, blows, explosions or laughter, which may disturb the night resting hours determined by the Council-Town authorities(from 24:00 pm to 8:00 am.)

4. Radios, televisions and so on, will be used with reasonable volume, in order to respect owners tranquillity.

5. Owners of pets will take care to avoid noises and barking of their pets.

Dogs must always be on a lead inside the Community area and their owners will avoid that they stain the gardens and interior streets of the Community, cleaning up after their pets.
