The roof solarium has a 24 Sq.mt tiled area with sea views. There are two sun lounges and four patio chairs, table and parasol.
There is a balcony with two patio chairs accessible from the main bedroom which over looks the pool and garden area.
The ground floor front porch has a patio table and four chairs, there is a large tiled area for sun bathing front and back.
A  portable barbeque is supplied.

The garden area and large communal pool with separate children's section as seen from balcony and solarium.
It is only accessible by locked gate so only residents can enter.
Children under seven years must be accompanied by an adult to enter this area.
