Prices

These prices are approximate for the months, for more accurate pricing use the dates selector on the Availability page. Which will price for 7 to 28 days stay.
Prices are per week and include end of stay cleaning, all bed linen and towels (except beach towels). All toilet rolls, and general cleaning materials.

A deposit of £50 a week is required to reserve bookings.
Payment in full eight weeks before arrival.

A refundable deposit 50 Pounds or 75 Euros for damage to be paid, returnable by cheque seven days after returning. After inspection from manager. Who's phone number you will be given and will be available to help during your stay.

Payment can be made on line. You will be emailed an invoice through PAYPAL which accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Alternatively we accept cheque's in sterling.

Extras are:
We do not supply transport to or from the Airports but can give you contact # for Taxi services.

A welcome pack can be supplied, you can select up to 10 items.

All extras are payable locally in euros.

If you wish to book a holiday with us you will be required to sign an agreement on behaviour & rules of the community. To view these rules Click here If you are satisfied with the document you can print it out, sign and return with your holding deposit. Should you have any problems viewing or printing the form then we can post one onto you.
