Prices

Prices are per week and include end of stay cleaning, all bed linen and towels (except beach towels). All toilet rolls, and general cleaning materials.

A deposit of £50 a week is required to reserve bookings.
Payment in full eight weeks before arrival.

A refundable deposit 50 Pounds or 75 Euros for damage to be paid, returnable by cheque seven days after returning. After inspection from manager. Who's phone number you will be given and will be available to help during your stay.

Payment can be made on line. You will be emailed an invoice through PAYPAL which accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Alternatively we accept cheque's in sterling.

Extras are travel to and from airports Alicante or Murcia 50 Euros each way. Late night arrivals incur an extra charge of 20 Euros. (Maybe cheaper to book taxi from airport.)

If people arrive between the hours of 8.00pm and 8.00am there is a local charge of 20 Euros for meeting during unsocial hours.
A welcome pack 18 Euros. (Consists of tea bags, milk, water, orange juice, bread, butter, jam, cornflakes, eggs, six cans of beer and a bottle of Cava.)

Cot hire 20 Euros a week high chairs 10 Euros a week.
All extras are payable locally in euros.
