Torrevieja centre is a 25 minute walk away, and this area has dozens of fantastic bars & restaurants and many shops. Wonderfully private with a large garden at the front and side of the apartment which is perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. Plenty of beautiful blue flag beaches in the local area, the nearest being a 5 minute drive away. Superb swimming pool which is private (only residents of the residential small community have access) and just 80 meters from the apartment.

The property should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
New arrivals will be given access from 2pm on the day of arrival.
These change over times can possibly be altered to suit your requirements.

Prices for 2025 as follows.
Prices are per night for 2 people.
It is an additional 5% for 3 people and 10% for 4 people.
There is also a £99 cleaning and administration fee to be paid.
The cleaning fee is to ensure the house is spotless when you arrive and spotless when the next guest arrives, and with newly cleaned towels and bed linen.
